Side Effects of Femara  

Are there any side effects with Femara?

As an aromatase inhibitor, letrozole (the generic name of the drug, Femara) commonly causes menopausal side effects.

Also, letrozole treatment may increase the risk of the following:[1]

• Arthritis
• Bone fractures
• Cardiac events
