What are some nutritional steps I can take to maintain wellness and be healthier?

The following nutritional steps will help you maintain wellness and be healthier:

  • Eliminate non-organic poultry and non-organic red meat. Replace with organic poultry and organic red meat.


  • Eliminate non-organic dairy products and replace with organic dairy products.


  • Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables.


  • Eat lots of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower)


  • Eat vegetables that are good for your liver. Examples are beets, carrots, dark leafy greens, yams, and garlic.


  • Eat fruits that are good for your liver. Examples are apples and lemons.


  • Eliminate sugar, white flour, refined foods, coffee, tea, colas, and chocolate.


  • Eat a diet that is high in fiber diet.


  • Increase your consumption of soy foods.
  • If you are at high risk of breast cancer, are being treated for breast cancer, or are a breast cancer survivor, however, consult your oncologist for guidance and consume no more than moderate amounts of soy foods.

  • Include some good fats (such as those that contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids) with every meal.
  • For example, some types of freshly-caught fish contain high levels of omega-3-fatty acids.
