The following nutritional steps will help you maintain wellness and be healthier:
Eliminate non-organic poultry and non-organic red meat. Replace with organic poultry and organic red meat.
Eliminate non-organic dairy products and replace with organic dairy products.
Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables.
Eat lots of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower)
Eat vegetables that are good for your liver. Examples are beets, carrots, dark leafy greens, yams, and garlic.
Eat fruits that are good for your liver. Examples are apples and lemons.
Eliminate sugar, white flour, refined foods, coffee, tea, colas, and chocolate.
Eat a diet that is high in fiber diet.
Increase your consumption of soy foods.If you are at high risk of breast cancer, are being treated for breast cancer, or are a breast cancer survivor, however, consult your oncologist for guidance and consume no more than moderate amounts of soy foods.
Include some good fats (such as those that contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids) with every meal. For example, some types of freshly-caught fish contain high levels of omega-3-fatty acids.
