• Search the National Cancer Institute's (NCI's) online database of clinical trials (www.cancer.gov/search/clinical trials/) on cancer that are being conducted in the United States
• Call the toll-free number of the National Cancer Information Service at 1-800-4-CANCER (1-800-422-6237) to help you find a clinical trial on cancer in NCI's online database at the website address listed above
• Search the National Institutes of Health’s online database (http://clinicaltrials.gov) of clinical trials on various illnesses that currently are being studied in the United States
Be aware that each clinical trial on breast cancer has its own guidelines to determine whether a particular breast cancer survivor has a medical history suitable for participation in the specific trial.
